Open toolchain support: yosys + nextpnr adaptation notes
We have added yosys + nextpnr adaptation notes for open toolchain users. The guide covers synthesis constraints, IO placement, and known issues on UltraScale+ devices.
Tested flow from Verilog to bitstream on Artix-7, with known limitations and timing closure tips.
